In an effort to encourage more vacations, the airline is selling office decorations for workaholics

There are times when work can overtake our lives, so much so that it keeps us from vacationing. A lack of traveling also means you won't have any souvenirs to display on your desk. JetBlue wants to remedy that situation by providing mementos for those who never leave the office—and perhaps encourage them to take a trip.

JetBlue collaborated with MullenLowe New York to make these humorous office souvenirs for workaholics. Products include a copy machine snow globe, a desk chair statuette and a bagel scented candle. These products may seem snarky but Heather Berko, manager of advertising and content at JetBlue, assured Adweek that it’s all in good fun and should be seen as a form of encouragement.

“These office souvenirs are just our way of reminding everyone there are blue skies and fresh air waiting to provide much happier memories,” said Berko. Based on research done by both companies that found Americans are taking fewer vacations due to work, the airline decided to send a stronger message that sometimes it’s okay to get out of the office. These products are now available online on JetBlue's shopping website.
