Tiller aims to solve an age-old productivity problem with a simple new device

Time is one of those things that can just slip away, and we all know how it feels to think back on the day and wonder where it went. A company called Tiller has created a product that helps track where your day is going by the minute.

Tiller looks like a small puck and it plugs into your computer. Tapping Tiller starts or stops the timing and a light helps you know if you’re on or off the clock. Turning the device switches the task you want to time—whether it’s emails, lunch or another daily task—and everything is recorded on a beautifully designed display that appears on the computer screen.

Tiller is currently raising money with a Kickstarter campaign. It’s a prime example of using technology and design to find a new way to solve an old problem.
