In Brief

Hertz created a prototype vehicle designed to get colored on any surface in its interior

Ever got in trouble for doodling on walls or inside cars as a kid? Well, now car rental company Hertz has given you permission to bring out your inner PIcasso with its new prototype vehicle that lets anyone draw on interior of a Volvo XC60. Anyone inside of the car can draw on any part of the interior surface using a marker. This was specifically created for children who may grow bored on long car drives. When a family finishes renting a vehicle, it doesn’t take long for all of the drawings inside of the car to get washed away for the next rental.

The vehicle had a trial run where families in London were invited to try the vehicle’s coloring surface out, which was met with positive feedback, Hertz have yet to decide if they wish to make this model available to renters, however, the positive acclaim  keeps the possibility alive.
