When a child makes a drawing on their hand it helps teach them how to spend time washing their hands

To help parents encourage their kids to wash their hands more frequently, Team SoaPen created a liquid soap pen, adeptly coined SoaPen. When a child uses the SoaPen they can create a drawing on their hand that takes about 20 to 40 seconds to remove with water, the ideal time for them to spend washing their hands to rid themselves of all the germs they carry with them every day. The SoaPen comes in a 9 mL bottle and the child can choose from three colors: Oy! Orange, Go! Green, and Bing! Blue. Each pen lasts up to 60 hand washes with a small meter placed on the side to show how long until it runs out.

Team SoaPen launched a Kickstarter for their product, however backers have only pledged enough to barely go past the project's halfway point with less than 48 hours to go. The Kickstarter closes on October 26.
