A new series on YouTube shows how millennials have to grow up into while showcasing products from various brands in each episode

Walmart Canada is launching a new brand-focused YouTube series this Fall called Upstairs Amy, featuring several social media influencers from the video website. Each episode highlights products from a different brand. 

The show focuses on three millennial female characters, with the titular character, Amy, having moved into an apartment with her family. Amy develops an interest in her new neighbor and asks her friends to find out more about him while they make their own series of YouTube videos. All of the characters have a particular idea of how they envision their life turning out which contrasts how their parents grew up.

Outside the show, the social media influencers who star in it will create blogs, vlogs and other social media content to connect the show’s values to the challenges millennials face growing up.
