A TV channel called Dave got 'hungry' and started airing shows that were out of character

British TV channel Dave started showing out-of-character content as part of a campaign for Snickers created by agency AMV BBDO. At 3:28 pm (the hungriest time of day), Dave turned into a completely different channel called Rupert and began airing the art appraisal show Private Collections, the International Chess Championship, Battle of The Boards and some vintage film noir.

Rupert also swapped Dave’s chalkboard branding with a gold and red velvet identity and took control of Dave’s social media. Snickers put a stop to this chaos, pulling the live broadcast and slamming a Snickers bar onto the screen with the well-known tagline ‘You’re not you when you are hungry,’ before normal service resumed.
