Ladurée and Kreëmart created their first Pastry Portrait embodying identity through flavor

French patisserie Ladurée and Kreëmart‘s Raphaël Castoriano have created a macaron that gives people the experience of ‘tasting' the artist Marina Abramovic, with scents and flavors sourced from different periods of her life that capture her history and who she is from the perspective of taste.

Abramovic is the first subject of a Pastry Portrait, a collection embodying identities in the form of flavor. There are three Prussian Blue macarons (one wrapped in gold leaf) nestled in the pyramid-shaped box, with Abramovic's crest embossed in gold on the front along with her signature.
