Brooks Brothers takes advantage of Amazon's Web Services program with various Alexa devices spread throughout their office

Apparel brand Brooks Brothers jumped at the chance to incorporate Amazon's new service for Alexa called Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help manage its company's meetings.

The AWS system works as a cloud program that functions alongside various Amazon devices, from the Echo to the Echo Dots. With AWS, anyone with access to the login information can enter the cloud server to either work on an assigned task, assign a task to an employee or connect to a computer in a conference room. For the Brooks Brothers, they use the technology in their conference rooms and common areas so any employee can connect to the company's network to get started on a shared project. With a simple command, such as, “Alexa start the meeting,” the cloud service listens in on the meeting to update schedules, begin conference calls, sync to an employee's web document and much more.

AWS comes with a plethora of other features for any company looking to optimize the Amazon device in their office.
