Minnesota’s iconic Mall of America has launched a chatbot to help customers plan their shopping trip. Users can simply open the chat bot prior to arriving and ask it questions about rides, cinema show times, store locations and parking.

Upon arrival, customers can also use the chatbot to ask about  gift ideas or to receive notifications about local events. Anyone interested in trying it out can access it through Mall of America’s website, their mobile app or on the establishment’s Facebook page.
