Marriott Hotels converted a shower door into a shareable touchscreen for guests who do their best thinking while showering

Marriott Hotels wants to help guests remember all of the great ideas they have while showering by installing a touchscreen shower door in one of its rooms.

The touchscreen works by waiting for the hot water to develop an ample amount of steam to cover the door. When enough steam covers the shower door, the guest can treat it like a large notepad, drawing or writing out their thoughts. When they finish the note, they can send what they created to their email to access later.

Marriott will first try the doors at its redesigned location in Irvine, California. Further rollout will be determined by guest feedback.
