In Brief

Designed in collaboration with students from the Parsons School of Design, the gown offers comfort and utility

Students from the Parsons School of Design collaborated with medical clothing company Care+Wear to redesign the traditional hospital gown. The all-in-one gown has been created with patients’ dignity and comfort in mind. Its wrap-style design offers full coverage front to back, and the soft, durable fabric provides maximum comfort.

There are various access points for clinical use, including plastic snaps on each arm for I.V. access, snaps by the neck for upper back access, a front pocket slit and wrap style opening for telemetry and stethoscope access, and a slit back opening for lower body access.
