German supermarket chain Lidl built a ‘winebot’ that can advise shoppers on which type of wine to purchase depending upon food pairing, country of origin, grape, price and more. U.K. customers can access the bot, named Margot, via Facebook Messenger on desktop and mobile.

Users who are unsure of where to begin can take a quiz to find something to match their taste. They can also use emojis to communicate a food pairing. The company launched the chatbot in concurrence with the addition of 13 new types of wine to its “around the world” collection.
