New Post-It Notes Are Designed To Handle Extreme Conditions
The new product from 3M, aimed at work environments like restaurants and construction, has proved able to weather even the winds and rains of a hurricane
Manufacturing company 3M has created an updated, more industrial version of its famous Post-It Notes with Post-It Extreme. The famous adhesive note-taking papers have been updated to weather more serious conditions and to be useful to people who don’t have a traditional indoor office.
The Extreme Post-It Notes, which are made out of ultra-strong Dura-Hold™ Paper and adhesive, are writable, water resistant and durable. They can be used both indoors and outdoors, in hot or cold environments and they stick to textured surfaces, wood, concrete and tile, meaning that they can be used in places like construction sites.
How durable are the notes, really? According to an article on Co.Design, the notes were stuck to a building before Hurricane Irma hit Florida, and after the storm was over the notes were still on the wall.
