The brand has created the map-based ads to show the humorous but real considerations people weight when searching for the perfect home

The online real estate company, StreetEasy, launched a new humorous campaign called “Find Your Place,” which takes a look at the real thoughts New Yorkers have when apartment hunting. In the same vein as previous campaigns, this year’s ads contain relatable copy on top of city maps — but, this time it also includes venn diagrams to-pin point that sweet spot between, for example, “near the diner I love to go to alone, and “near the brunch place I go with friends.”

“These diagrams showcase genuine aspects of life in NYC, such as the neighborhoods where work and play happen, and the spots where friends and family gather,” explains the company press release. “Whether the search considers how far to live from Mom and Dad, or where one is most likely to encounter co-workers on the weekend, NYC home shoppers will recognize themselves and their searches in each illustration.” The year long campaign, can be spotted around the city on subway stations, streets, sidewalks, kiosks, buses, and taxis.
