With an elegant new outpost in Vancouver, florist included, Avenue Road turns furniture shopping into a relaxed opportunity for design dreaming

Avenue Road, a Canadian home decor and furniture retailer with locations in Toronto, New York and Miami, just opened its newest outpost in Vancouver. The store—Avenue Road’s first on the West Coast—is located in a historic, two-story building in the city’s Gastown neighborhood. In addition to a curated selection of designer furniture, lighting, accessories and textiles, the location features a flower boutique called Hanna by Celsia Floral, which serves the extra purpose of giving customers “a fragrant welcome.” An in-store tea salon is in the works as well.

As with all of its stores, Avenue Road intends for the Vancouver location to be an immersive experience that encourages customers to come away inspired and excited about styling their homes. It joins other home brands in designing highly curated retail spaces that appeal to shoppers’ lifestyle aspirations.
