Sprint is now offering ready-made IoT technology to help small and medium-sized enterprises digitally connect without any of the IT fuss. Known as the IoT Factory, this online marketplace offers a large assortment of boxed products to help companies gain access to technology that best fits their needs. This new service is designed to assist an array of businesses, from restaurants to heavy equipment fleet operators. The IoT Factory was created through a collaboration with IoT developer myDevices and telecom technology servicer the Goldie Group.

The platform is currently driven by over 550,000 developers, which promotes advancement in the tech and provides users with the latest technology. The buying process is self-service with short two-day delivery and easy installation. Customers can purchase their products, which can range from refrigeration temperature monitoring to energy management tools, from Sprint’s online store. The new service aims to be a method of personalizing IoT for commercial customers without overcomplicating the shopping and installation processes.
