Life insurance company AIA Hong Kong launched an online platform called AIA iShop through which users can buy insurance in just three minutes. With the help of a chatbot, customers can get a full quote and skip financial analysis to purchase one of the company’s nine insurance products, including life and medical.

AIA is using technology to make buying insurance a better experience, optimizing the convenience and efficiency of a process that can be complicated and time-consuming enough to lose user patience and interest.
