Mobile Chase Center Offers In-Person Banking Advice To Business Owners
The Chase BizMobile will be traveling to business events to book 20-minute coaching sessions will small business owners, enhancing the bank's services with individualized, IRL attention to engage and further aid customers
Modern banking has become increasingly automated, which, while convenient, can sometimes be frustrating for clients with specific needs. Even traditional financial branches are not always set up to answer the questions of small business owners, for example. Chase has decided to offer these customers better aid by reaching out to them directly with Chase BizMobile.
The BizMobile, a 27-foot trailer, will make appearances at business events in major cities. Inside the trailer will be experts who are available for 20-minute coaching session with small business owners. These owners are well equipped to answer any questions about topics like marketing and social media. The trailers won’t be able to create new accounts or loans; they will simply give advice. According to Chase Business Banking CMO, Brent Reinhard, “Our strategy is to have a human presence everywhere we do business.”
Banking services can sometimes be impersonal, which is why Chase is aiming to reconnect clients and potential clients with actual bankers. The BizMobile will act as an auxiliary, in-person resource for customers who can’t be serviced at the traditional branches, marking an engaging and helpful way for a brand in an industry that is becoming increasingly automated to provide key real-life services and make itself optimally useful to its customers.
