Hyundai is hiding hundreds of tiny versions of its newest auto model to be found by lucky fans, leading to an exclusive screening of the film that features the automaker's Veloster coupe in a move to reach a wider audience

There are lots of ways to sell cars, but one of the most tried and true methods is featuring them in a big blockbuster film. Hyundai is doing just that in the upcoming Marvel movie Ant-Man and The Wasp, not only featuring its new Veloster in the film but also creating a scavenger hunt for fans that leads to an exclusive screening of the film.

Playing off of the shrinking abilities of the film’s heroes, Hyundai will be hiding mini Velosters all around Los Angeles, dropping clues on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat about the locations. Once a person finds one of the cars, they can use it as a pass to attend the exclusive screening on July 3, three full days before the film opens in theaters.

The car company is also running a sweepstakes for people to enter to win tickets to see the film. There will be roughly 500 winners of the scavenger hunt, which will take place in late June. This campaign functions as an interactive brand activation for Hyundai, integrating social media and film fans to help its Veloster reach a wider audience.
