LG provides music festival campgrounds with 25 washers and dryers, plus a vintage clothing swap

LG Electronics is bringing indoor conveniences to outdoor music with a LaundROO Lounge and clothing swap at this year’s Bonnaroo festival. Because so many large-scale music festivals usually require a bit of camping in order to see more than one day of shows, clean clothes, charged phones and air conditioning are sometimes hard to come by. With 25 washers and dryers, laundry drop off services, air conditioning, phone charging stations and LG OLED TVs, the LaundROO center brings some new comforts to the music festival experience.

Beyond that, the LG activation has a sustainable fashion mission in its vintage clothing swap. Festival goers can drop off clothes they no longer want or need at the center, where they will then be washed and made available for other attendees to purchase. LaundROO, which will be popping up at Bonnaroo in Tennessee this year from June 7 to 10, gives the electronics company a new way to reach a younger generation. By bringing these services straight to consumers, the brand is establishing its name in efficiency and customer care.
