Platform Provides Tech Solutions For Brick-And-Mortar Retailers To Enhance Their Shopping Experience
OneMarket is breaking barriers for shopping malls and retailers, giving them access to AI, AR and natural language processing tools without a big price tag to help them curate appealing customer experiences
Retail technology company OneMarket focuses on providing accessible tools for brick-and-mortar businesses and shopping centers to compete in an increasingly digital shopping market. The company’s ultimate goal is to create one network for all of retail in order to integrate the industry. One of its first products to help retailers engage with their customers is a digital receipt delivered via Facebook Messenger.
OneMarket is helping physical retailers implement tech solutions such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and natural language processing, which until now have required too large of a investment for a stand-alone business. With the company’s platform, shops have access to these tools with a much smaller investment. The platform helps collect consumer data as well as develop technologies and services tailored to each business.
“Working with OneMarket will provide retailers and mall owners the opportunity to leverage a holistic set of data on each individual customer that not one company has possessed until now, including customers’ interests, what categories they shop, where they dine, how much they spend and how often,” said Taubman Centers, Inc. Chief Operating Officer William S. Taubman. “Ultimately, it will enable us to customize each shopping experience and make it more efficient.”
Ultimately the platform will provide retailers with the resources they need to compete against strong e-commerce trends using customized information to help them offer consumers experiences that digital services cannot.
