In Brief

OME Health harnesses the power of biology to craft personalized and relevant exercise and nutrition programs for its customers, offering expert guidance tailored just for their needs

Diet fads may come and go, but it’s become clear that genetics and biology are a major factor in our overall health, and there isn’t a single exercise or nutrition plan that works for everyone. Enter OME Health, a London-based startup that creates customized health regimens based on one’s specific genetic makeup.

Using the OME app, users first select their personal goal, whether that’s to reach a healthy weight, improve their physical condition, optimize sleep and stress levels or just enhance their overall health. Then, they can complete a self-assessment that gauges their current physical condition. On a quarterly basis, they can also opt to receive a package containing blood and microbiome kits that will be analyzed by a lab.

Customers choose from four different plans: Free, Essential, Advanced and Ultimate. Each corresponds to a different level of commitment and customization, ranging from a generalized 12-step health journey (Basic) to a detailed and personalized action plan that includes genetic testing (Ultimate).

In addition to providing results and recommendations, OME also features dedicated expert guidance throughout the entire process, further personalizing the experience and helping users stay on track.
