Samsung’s Customer Service Zone Promises To Fix Smartphones In Just One Hour

Nothing has become more integral to people’s daily lives than their smartphones, so waiting for them to go through repairs can be especially stressful. This is why tech giant Samsung opened a store in Paris on the famous Avenue des Champs-Elysées with a new Customer Service Zone that promises to have phones fixed in an hour or less.

Once customer drop off their phones for repair, they are given a small device that will vibrate when their phone is ready for pickup. They won’t have to sit and wait though, as the store has a number of different amenities to keep them busy, like a Kid Zone with games and tablets to draw on, a Fitness Zone that lets customers have an interactive skiing experience and even spend time in the in-house cafe, where shoppers can try out Samsung Pay. The store will be open until March 2019.

The location’s speedy phone repair promise fulfills customers’ need for on-demand, efficient service while also giving them the opportunity to explore other Samsung devices as they wait, functioning as an entertaining and immersive shopping experience that aims to turn waiting for a repair into an enjoyable store visit.
