Hospitality company Sbe is extending its shopping and entertainment options for guests while helping the clothing brand reach new audiences, launching activations such as VIP events and specialty pop-up shops

Global lifestyle hospitality company Sbe is partnering with apparel retailer Abercrombie & Fitch to bring exclusive perks to its customers in the form of pop-up shops and co-branded events. Through these activations, Sbe strives to cultivate client relationships and strengthen its customer loyalty efforts.

Sbe hotel guests will have special access to Abercrombie & Fitch pop-up shops and events. Consumer perks for Abercrombie & Fitch loyalty customers include the ability to enter for VIP access to grand openings and invites to other cultural events at sbe properties. The hospitality and apparel brand recently hosted its first collaborative event, AF DO IT IN DENIM launch at the Mondrian Los Angeles.

To further explain the purpose of the collaboration, sbe Chief Brand Officer Michele Caniato said, “Abercrombie & Fitch is an iconic global brand and we are experts in the curation of lifestyle experiences—by bringing our acclaimed companies together in a strategic partnership built on shared values, we are able to offer guests unparalleled experiences.”

By the end of 2018, sbe will be running 25 hotels and more than 170 culinary, nightlife and entertainment venues worldwide. The hospitality group recently has built out an extensive partnership program to create events with leading brands in a variety of niches. Sbe is known for its ability to create 360-degree lifestyle experiences that provide its guests with luxury offerings at every customer touchpoint.

As physical retailers continue to position themselves as curated community spaces, sbe positions itself as an intermediary between clients and brands and can curate custom-tailored event experiences to suit consumers’ needs. Co-created events like this one not provide retailers like Abercrombie with greater exposure, but also offer guests more ways to engage with the Sbe brand.
