Lookers is focusing on making the whole gang happy, with new amenities like baby-changing facilities and children's play areas

Lookers, a car dealership chain based in the UK, has started to shape all of its locations to better cater to families who are shopping for vehicles.

Lookers has revamped its outposts to include amenities designed specifically to accommodate buyers who are shopping both with and for their families. These features include baby-changing facilities, children's play areas and even a new mascot, Lucky the Dog, who will help bolster a more family-friendly brand image. These additions have already earned Lookers two badges from Mumsnet, a website created by parents, for parents, that rates companies across various consumer industries.

The changes were largely a result of Lookers' increased emphasis on selling cars geared toward families. Ultimately, the brand wants to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in all of its dealerships, leaving customers with the impression that Lookers understands all of their family members' wants and needs during the car-buying experience—from beginning to end.
