While the company does not offer a replacement for all socks lost in the wash, it is willing to replace a customer’s first pair of Bombas socks that meets its fate. The offer does not last forever, shoppers must make their purchase by November 15 of this year and make their claim within the span of one year.

Once the claim is placed with Bombas’ Happiness Team, the company claims the sock will be replaced, no questions asked, right away. Ultimately, this program aims build brand engagement and drive value for customers by offering post-purchase service in the form of sock insurance, as well as differentiate it from other brands.
