Citroën Filmed Dating Sessions Hosted Inside Its C3 Model As It Zipped Around A Racetrack
The speed dating show will promote the features of the Citroën C3, such as its built-in dashcam which was used to record what transpired inside it, and will showcase the fast-paced dates of three couples
Speed dating happens a lot quicker than normal dating but it’s likely never gone this fast. Hit U.K.-based TV show First Dates Hotel partnered with Citroën U.K. to film dates between three couples, each of which takes place in a Citroën C3 driven on a race track by Championship driver Craig Breen.
The daters, who dined on crêpes served by the show’s waitress, CiCi Coleman, worked hard to keep up their conversations as the car sped along the gravel track. The contestants were picked by the casting team and were paired up based on mutual interests.
Perhaps eating strawberries in the back of a Citroën C3 driven by @Craig_Breen wasn’t a great idea. 🍓🙈

Emma Derrick, from Channel 4, felt the activity was a good representation of both brands: “This content, created for the brand’s own platforms, is a great extension combining both First Dates‘ and Citroën’s assets to deliver a series of truly unique and entertaining films.”
The team-up promoted both the Citroën C3, namely its built-in dashcam which was used to capture all video happenings in-car, as well as the new season of the television show, sponsored by Citroën, which premiers on August 28.
