Jason Wu Partners With Eloquii To Offer Shoppers Plus-Size Collection
The collaboration will add high-fashion influence to the plus-size retailer's selection, and marks the designer's first venture into inclusive sizing
Plus-size retailer Eloquii announced an upcoming collection with fashion designer Jason Wu. The collaboration will be released this fall in Eloquii stores at affordable prices, and consists of separates and dresses suitable for semi-formal or work occasions.
While this collaboration is one of many for Eloquii—in the past, the company has worked with Stone Fox Bride, Teresa Maccapani Missoni and Reese Witherspoon’s lifestyle brand, Draper James—this venture into plus-size clothing is a first for Wu, well-known in the fashion industry for designing former First Lady Michelle Obama’s inauguration gown and 2009 Vogue cover shift dress.
Through the partnership with Eloquii, Wu’s classic, feminine aesthetic becomes available to an expanded audience thanks to its affordable price point and inclusive sizing. The designer explains, “The opportunity to innovate together and deliver an elevated product at an approachable price point will make this a truly original collaboration.”
