The Autorama Group is launching Motorama, a marketplace that works to make car buying as simple as online shopping, with features such as quick online application, leasing via Facebook messenger and more

The company behind van-leasing service Vanarama, The Autorama Group, launched what it calls “the Amazon of cars.” Motorama is a digital car-purchasing service that offers consumers the capability of selecting a car and completing a quick application online to receive their new vehicle by free delivery to their home or workplace.

Motarama even boasts a car vending machine in London. A brand spokesperson said of the initiative, “The business is looking to blow any competition out of the water with an impressive £2 million advertisement spend and cheaper deals than new startups who have emerged with similar models.”

Digital car-purchasing services have become increasingly popular this year, aiming to simplify the path to car ownership as well as increase accessibility for people who otherwise might not be able to buy vehicles. Motorama hopes to take the purchasing experience to the next level, even enabling customers to lease a car via Facebook Messenger with AI chatbot CARLi.
