Toronto-based travel technology company Guestlogix is attempting to help airlines elevate their customer service with a new platform meant to help the crew better engage with its passengers.

The platform acts as a concierge service, helping travelers book hotels and flights, shop at the terminal and schedule car service to and from the airport. The platform also allows the airlines to collect data on the individual flyer and deliver service and content related to what they value most.

While the Guestlogix technology will chiefly benefit the airline, it also aims to enable a more enjoyable experience for passengers. According to the President of Guestlogix Robin Hopper, “We can help airlines get to where they need to be as retailers throughout the travel journey while making their customers happier with personalization and experience curation.” The platform is now available to 25+ cooperating airlines.
