Prudential wants to transform the often cumbersome and paper-heavy process of purchasing insurance into a streamlined online experience. With its platform LINK, Prudential clients can search, buy and inquire about insurance policies with a virtual agent.

Link is designed to be an interactive experience, connecting customers with financial guidance to help them best find the solutions they need. The personalized service helps consumers buy policies and related products by connecting them with agents over phone and video, with in-person options available if needed as well.

This direct-to-consumer method aims to simplify and expedite the process, customizing a plan and delivering clients all of the information they need to their computer or phone. The platform is aimed at the millennial demographic in particular, the influential group that more often than others favors online interactions to in-person ones for their ability to save time and effort.
