The fashion brand's latest addition to its customer service is called Seemore, a bot that will aid customers with everything from educating them on the latest wares and tailoring their searches to tracking their packages

To help customers learn more about the new Autumn/Winter 2018 collection, Ted Baker partnered with Facebook to create the chatbot Seemore. The artificially intelligent feature will launch through the Ted Baker U.K. Facebook Community and is fully equipped to give people a new fashion experience as well as answer any question they have concerning the latest from the brand.

In addition to introducing shoppers to the collection, Seemore is also designed to function as part of the customer service team and helps with package tracking. When customers begin a conversation with Seemore, they are prompted with two questions to help refine searches as much as possible—this way Seemore can show them the the most relevant options, whether they are buying a gift or just in want of some information.

Ted Baker hopes that its chatbot will not only take its customer service experience to the next level, but also provide shoppers with a more engaging way to interact with the brand and discover its collections.
