YOTELPAD Miami is bringing robotics to its lobbies and service stations to help customers with their luggage and provide personal attention in-room

Miami’s YOTELPAD will be the first U.S. location of the parent company YOTEL to feature robots as a part of the team, aiding in service for residents and guests of the 222-room property. Aiming to revolutionize its customer service experience, the hotel is adding a fleet of Techmetic robots to its human staff.

The Techi Robot Butler is capable of carrying 77 pounds of goods, holding conversations in a variety of languages and dialects, riding elevators, playing music and distributing items to condo residents and guests. Currently, YOTEL is showcasing one of its robotic butlers in the sales gallery, and aims to have three different types of bots available to service guests in 2020.

Two of the three robots will be available to residents and one to guests, and all three will be accessible to those in need through an app.
