The Guild, a millennial-friendly hotel with outposts in Austin and Dallas, will soon expand to more US cities

The Guild is hoping to become the go to hospitality choice for the millennial market. Currently operating with a few properties in the Austin and Dallas areas of Texas, The Guild now has plans to build in Denver, Miami, and Cincinnati. The Guild brands itself as a “tech boutique” hotel, offering all of the aesthetic of a boutique hotel but with a more streamlined means of checking in, ordering food, and accessing their rooms.

UberEats and DoorDash have replaced traditional room service, and check-in can be handled completely digitally. For millennials without cars, The Guild scouts out markets that are foot traffic friendly with a good business presence—that is to say, places to shop and entertain yourself within walking distance.

The Guild prioritizes technology while implementing convenient services, and a trendy look.  The extensive features and consumer connivence are core aspects of their business model, aimed to achieve crafting a relaxing and new kind of hotel stay for guests.
