ShippingEasy aims to make it easier for sellers to prepare and ship packages even when they're away from their computers, letting them ask Alexa to print labels, ship orders and provide order history

With the introduction of a new user interface, cloud-based shipping company ShippingEasy now allows its sellers to complete the entire order process through any Alexa device, no keyboard necessary.

In addition to handling major tasks like printing labels and packing slips, buying postage, checking their postage balance and shipping orders, sellers can also ask questions about order specifics, like packaging, as well as their own past shipping activity—for example, “How many orders did I ship last week?”

Sellers are able to place these requests via all Alexa devices, as well as the Alexa app, when they are away from their stations. The innovation breaks new ground in the industry, letting sellers multitask while they take care of important tasks like preparing their packages.
