In Brief

The German luxury brand is expanding its exclusive benefits program for owners of its R and RS series vehicles, now providing an online portal for easy access to its perks like driving experiences, facilities tours, inside insights and more

As consumption of automobiles continues to evolve in relation to rideshare popularity and repopulation of cities, auto brands are inventing creative offers and brand extensions to incentivize business and drive value. German luxury car maker Audi is aiming to add value for owners of both its R and RS series vehicles with the expansion of its Audi Sport drivers club, providing members with various exclusive perks and access.

The club already launched in the German market, and the brand is now extending it to additional markets as well as supplementing the benefits to now include a members-only Audi Sport online portal. Drivers of the above models will be able to enjoy special experiences, like private tours of Audi facilities and manufactures as well as driving opportunities and motorsports events where they will have a reserved area to mingle with other members.

Creating a community for Audi customers is one of the initiative’s main goals. In addition, the brand wants to invite consumers to feel part of the brand, increasing its accessibility while maintaining its premium status by reserving access for customers. Michael-Julius-Renz, Audi Sport managing director, explains the goal of the program: “Our aim is to make the Audi Sport brand more tangible. One way we are doing this is by providing our customers unique behind-the-scenes access.”
