MR PORTER, the online retail specializing in men’s apparel, is simplifying holiday shopping with a digital shopping and styling assistant. With the help of Facebook Messenger, Mr. Porter shoppers can consult the brand’s Style Assistant to focus their search, rather than scrolling aimlessly through the online inventory.

The Style Assistant refines product results based on questions like style, budget and what kind of products customers are most interested in. After the quiz is complete, shoppers are taken to the Mr. Porter website with the recommendations for checkout. The chatbot assistant is also part of Mr Porter’s “The Holiday’s Made Easy” campaign, which aims to help male consumers interested in style easily find curated holiday options, either for themselves or for giftees.
