In Brief

AdoreMe partnered with StoreAdvise to integrate RFID labels and smart displays that let customers virtually interact with store associates, using data to improve the privacy, convenience and seamlessness of its in-store experience

Inclusive digital-first lingerie brand AdoreMe is working to improve its brick-and-mortar locations with more advanced fitting rooms from StoreAdvise, a company that helps retailers implement the latest technology and services to further automate their stores. Using a combination of RFID tags, interactive displays and a series of connected devices, shoppers will be able to make clothing requests from the privacy of their changing rooms.

Using the display inside the fitting room, shoppers will be able to request different garments based on size, style and color. This combination of technologies also helps AdoreMe employees keep record of their products, as the RFID tags will track which products are in fitting rooms, what their top sellers are and when a product has been sold.

These changing room updates are designed to improve both the retailer’s business and the shopper’s experience, at once making in-store inventory easier than ever to organize as well as offering greater privacy, service and convenience in its fitting rooms. Ultimately, the digital-native brand intends to use data to inform a more personalized and seamless customer journey and retail strategy.
