The brainchild of a fashion industry veteran with a strong environmental conscious, Antibad will help push eco-friendly brands to the masses

Former model and fashion buyer, Agatha Lintott, has created a shopping forum for sustainable fashion and accessories. Antibad is a collection of more than 25 fashion and accessories companies that meet the strict standards of sustainability and ethical business practices. These criteria include the company’s manufacturing system, materials used, the amount of recycled versus synthetic material used in products marked as sustainable, and even things as simple and often overlooked as the intentions of the company.

Antibad's “Why It’s Good” feature on its website informs shoppers on things like whether an item is fair trade, vegan, recycled, and organic. The online retailer strives to be carbon neutral and sustainable by taking measures like working with a carbon-neutral server to power the website and working with shipping companies with carbon offsets.

Brands featured so far include Mud Jeans, Bower, and Mara Hoffman.
