Resy's version of Restaurant Week will feature limited-release dishes at top restaurants across six U.S. cities, designed to encourage experiential discovery and repeat customers

Resy, the platform that aims to make reservations for both restaurant employees and diners easier, is offering its customers an series of experiential events in 2019.

Resy announced that it will be launching “Off Menu Week” in its top six cities: New York City, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Austin, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The events will feature off-menu items from several restaurants in each area. All of the dishes served at “Off Menu Week” will be the unique creations and experiments of their individual chefs.

This event also comes with a sponsored partnership from Capital One, and cardholders will be among the first to be able to reserve their seats at participating restaurants. Resy intends for “Off Menu Week” to provide a memorable way for diners to discover what the platform is all about, and hopes that featuring exclusive dining experiences at top restaurants will incentivize return users.
