In conjunction with the launch of our Automotive CX Debrief, PSFK will present a multi-segment session in New York City that explores the imaginative ideas emerging when it comes to customer experience in the automotive sector.

Whether you work in automotive or in any other vertical, there are radical innovation strategies being tested and employed in an era of direct-to-consumer retail and the Automotive CX Immersion & Ideation Sessions will help you frame emerging opportunities.

The day's programming will commence at 8:30 AM, and will be chock-full of expert presentations, cross-room discussions and PSFK-led ideation.

Attendees can select to attend different elements of these three sessions:

Immersion Session – 2 Hours – 8:30 to 11:00 AM

Presentation to the trends in PSFK’s Automotive CX Debrief report. This session will also include expert presenters that will speak to the themes in the report.

Speak Easy Session – 1 Hour (optional) – 11:00 to 12:00 PM
Attendees will be broken into smaller groups and will participate in  a cross-room discussion about the key themes in the Immersion Session.

Ideation Session – 2 Hours  (optional) – 12:00 to 2:00 PM
PSFK workshop facilitators will help a selection of attendees percolate the learnings from the Immersion and Speak Easy sessions.
