The virtual program will give customers the hands-on experience of visiting a dealership from the comfort of their homes, connecting them one-on-one with a live agent via video

Luxury automotive brand Cadillac partnered with Canadian innovation firm Isobar Canada to create an experiential live channel and show room. Cadillac Live will allow customers to tune in, check out what the company has to offer and chat with agents in real time to answer any questions they have about the products.

This platform can be accessed by any device. Customers can choose a live session with an agent, view a pre-recorded session, and even schedule a live session for later. Agents are equipped with hands-free headsets and cameras that allow them to take their shoppers on tours of the showroom, as well as an app that allows them to manipulate features on the vehicles to fit customers' preferences.

The only thing Cadillac Live can’t offer car shoppers at this time is test drives, but offers customers the option to book an in-person one at a local dealership after they finish their virtual session. Live can be streamed five days a week from 6pm until 2am EST.
