The big-box retailer's 'Find More' campaign marshals online and in-store content, curation and personal shopping assistance in conjunction with an overall message about finding individuality through fashion

In an effort to reach a wide audience, department store Macy's is taking a multichannel approach with its Spring 2019 campaign. The retailer's ‘Find More' campaign will utilize T.V., social media, in-store and on-demand components, all tying in to content and service available at store locations and the Macy's The Edit platform.

The campaign's in-store features include personal styling and shopping services. Macy's Style Crew members are on hand to provide one-to-one appointments to curate shoppers' wardrobes. In addition, MyStylist@Macy’s is a free personal shopping service that can be booked on the Macy’s website. Further, shoppers can see Style Crew suggestions on Instagram and on the various social media channels of individual Style Crew members.

The overall campaign focuses on the individuality of women, particularly in the T.V. ads and YouTube series. “We want customers to define their own version of style and beauty this spring with remarkable pieces that feel personal,” Durand Guion, Vice President of Macy’s Fashion Office, says in a press statement.
