New York fitness company SoulCycle is overhauling its customer relationship management platform in order to better serve its consumer base. With the help of a United Commerce Cloud Platform from enVista, SoulCycle will be able to streamline its ordering system and improve the customer service experience.

The platform will efficiently process operations like information management systems to increase visibility as well as keep better tabs on trade partnerships, and the ordering procedure. SoulCycle also has plans to fully integrate its current system with the cloud operating system to retain information and protocol that has worked in the past while improving on what hasn’t.
