Brazil-based Etna is making discovery of its home design wares interactive and millennial-friendly, letting account holders visit its Stories page to upload photos of their space and place product stickers in it to preview

Home decor line Etna and Brazilian management agency Artplan are teaming up to put social media to use in helping customers visualize their dream space. Etna, which is one of Brazil's top home decor brands and offers over 20,000 furniture pieces and home items, has always been a one-stop-shop on the cutting edge of home design.

This partnership with Artplan is called Design Within Your Reach, and provides shoppers with a better idea of how a piece will fit in their space through Instagram Stories. Differing slightly from the rising trend of using augmented reality or artificial intelligence on an app to superimpose a piece of furniture into a space, Etna and Artplan are using simple stickers accessible through Instagram Stories that browsers can choose from to test out a variety of items.

Interested parties can take a photo of their space with their phone on Etna's Stories page, and then select a sticker to populate it with, dragging and resizing it accordingly. This feature is Etna's way of tapping in to the rising trend of millennials discovering and buying online as well as through social channels in particular, bringing the design possibilities to a place where they spend a majority of their time.
