With a Whole30 diet-friendly menu, this new digital Chicago concept restaurant makes it easier for delivery customers to eat healthy

The Whole30 diet—a strict, monthlong program that emphasizes eating unprocessed foods—is all the rage these days. But actually figuring out what to eat during those 30 days can be a challenge.

Now, a new delivery-only restaurant from Grubhub and Lettuce Entertain You is simplifying the Whole30 diet. The restaurant, Whole30 Delivered, will feature a menu that is entirely approved by the creator of Whole30, Melissa Hartwig Urban.

Located in Chicago, the delivery-only eatery makes the diet more accessible for consumers who might not want to make the trek into the city. Featured menu items include Thai curry soup and squash spaghetti and meatballs. The restaurant will test and experiment new concepts and, if successful, will expand to more locations across the country.
