BMW brings its cars home—literally—with a new strategy that pairs luxury sports cars with multi-million home listings in Toronto

Luxury products and experiences are on the rise among consumers. And for those who are already in the market for a multi-million dollar house, there's a new way to sweeten the deal—a BMW sports car waiting in the driveway.

Luxury vehicle retailer BMW is teaming up with realty firm Heaps Estrin Real Estate to pair high-end cars with multimillion dollar homes in Toronto, allowing consumers to both tour a new home and test drive a new car. The campaign allows luxury consumers to engage and interact with the BMWs at homes listed between $2.9 million and $5.9 million. Three BMW models appear in digital home listings and open house events, and purchasing a vehicle would set buyers back an additional $70,0000 to $160,000.
