NakedPoppy uses a short quiz and one picture to offer a curated list of sustainable, cruelty-free products to each of its shoppers

Shoppers looking for clean beauty products are often met with a difficult search, one that sees them weighing certain aspects of sustainability against each other. Now, a beauty marketplace called NakedPoppy is making this choice easier with a brand-new platform and beauty line.

NakedPoppy is a cosmetics startup that's using a personalized algorithm to help shoppers find high-quality, ethically sourced and cruelty-free makeup. The algorithm is based off of a short questionnaire about skin type, sensitivity, age and eye and hair color, plus a snapshot of each customer's wrist to determine base skin tone.
