Hyatt Hotels Corporation responds to trends to offer Workcation Packages for Travelers

To help its guests plan vacations or day trips that include work and school, Hyatt Hotels Corporation created a series of “workcation” packages, ranging from Office for the Day to Work from Hyatt, and #TheGreatRelocate.

Helping create a Work / Life Blend: No longer reserved for vacation days and time off, remote office culture has repositioned consumers’ relationship to travel, as workdays and office hours flex to fit a hybrid lifestyle. Creating an opportunity across the #hospitality industry, hotel rooms, resorts and cities are being transformed to better accommodate long-term residences, designed to not only support extended stays but also act as a hybrid #work setting.

To help its guests plan vacations or day trips that include work and school, Hyatt Hotels Corporation created a series of “workcation” packages, ranging from single day offerings called Office for the Day to  the #TheGreatRelocate, an extended stay experience. Whether staying for a day, week, month or more, dedicated workspaces, educational programs for younger guests, and strong WiFi are features that have been added to guests’ stays, along with access to on-property experiences, and perks like food and beverage credits, complimentary laundry and access to well-being centers, personal training sessions, pools and beaches.
