Seed Brklyn Doubles As Retail Destination & Community Space

Seed Brklyn Doubles As Retail Destination & Community Space

Part retail destination, part community space,  Christophe Roberts’s newly opened concept store, Seed Brklyn, combines fashion, community, culture, and art all in one space.

A multidisciplinary sculptor and graphic artist, Roberts hopes for the BedStuy store to “plant a seed to then inform and hopefully inspire other like-minded creative businesses [to grow]” in the local community. When visiting the store, consumers will be able to visit a coffee shop, browse two floors of rotating brand collections, and view a gallery space showcasing digital works on screens. Created as a destination for young creatives and consumers that live in the surrounding neighborhoods, the Brooklyn store also features a shoe locker and washing machine service that offers 24-hour turnaround sneaker cleaning for a $30 dollar fee.
